List Topics on BoardIndex

I've been trying to figure out how to list the Topics under each Board on the main page. I have a small, private forum, and there aren't enough Topics in any given board to really warrant a separate page. Something like this:

Board 1
    Topic 1
    Topic 2
Board 2
    Topic 1

But I've had no luck finding such code or coming up with it on my own.

Any help much appreciated.

I'm afraid this would be a pretty hefty modification in some ways.
