Additional Options

Hi,
i wanted to know if i would keep the "ADDITIONAL OPTIONS" collapsed at all times.

How do i do that? I check all the places in the Admin area could not find any. Member are finding it hard to upload attachments. They are not aware of how, since they dont click on that button.

Hey, that's a theme setting.

Admin CP > Current Theme > Enable collapsible additional post options:
