Apparently, Raiden knows something. I was treated to this email from Midgard this morning:

"Damn SMF!

Sorry... I'm no longer interested in SMF.

bye" (Bold is his, not mine)

That was in answer to my query:

So, either he took offense to what I thought was a very polite request, or he really doesn't want to give out that theme. I did get it from nesian, thank you again.

I wouldn't advise telling people who are looking for this theme to email Midgard.  He isn't real cooperative.

Midgard was banned because of problems, threats, and insults he made.  Generally, he started acting like a troll at times - especially when someone didn't like something he had made or done, e.g. taking graphics from another person's theme without permission.

Raiden doesn't know what he's talking about.
