Hi, my site is hacked and it's gone.  Is there anything I can do to get it back?  Thanks so much for your help. :-\

For the error you see on your site.. "Unable to load the 'main_above' template":

It seems as though Fatal Error, a group that prides itself in hacking your site, has decided to choose your site as one of their targets.

I suggest checking out the "Paid Hosts & Hosting" board on this forum, and finding a better web host. As far as I know, there's nothing you can do.

If you PM me your ftp access details, Jack, I'll have a look and see if I can clear it up, for you.

Can't see any evidence of hacking. Everything looks fine.

However, when I first went to your site, I got "Connection Problems
Sorry, SMF was unable to connect to the database. This may be caused by the server being busy. Please try again later."

So, I tried to run "repair_settings.php", as described here: http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=18096.0

What I got, there, was "Some settings are not being shown because the MySQL connection information is incorrect.".

Both messages point to the name of the database, as shown in Settings.php, being wrong.

Best check all the settings shown in Settings.php, really.
