cant log out of forum (FIXED)

i installed mod AjaxChat+Integration_3.2.1+RC3_Curve_Friendly, and it did not work proper,so i removed it ,now i can`t log out of my forum

any idea ?

Sorted it ,it was the mod LoginSecurity11.0.2.1.zip that was causing the problem
