Post moderation not working?

One of my boards is set so regular members can't post topics but they still manage to post topics that require approval. Is this a bug? I'm on SMF 2.0 RC2.

That's just for the "reply only" permissions profile. Check the other permissions profiles and make sure they're set the way you want them as well.

I am having this same problem.  I'm using RC3 and have rechecked all settings. 

Permissions>Post Moderation>Newbies>Can create but requires approval (for all 4 categories).

Newbies can still post without approval and the message shows regardless if anyone is actually logged in. (It's public).

Make that three with this issue, anyone have an idea here?
