Every now and then I get this error, but when I refresh,  it is fine again.

??

Warning: require(/forum/cache/data_acb45444f47acce1f1c0c99bc57215b6-SMF-modSettings.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /forum/Sources/Load.php  on line 2623

It just happens randomly when going to different topics or places on my forum.  Not sure why.  Everything is set up properly.
My cache folder is set at permissions 755.  Is this correct?

Once questions, Should all the folders in SMF  be set at 755?   Or should some be 777, and if so, which ones?

Thanks!

Try going into Admin > Maintenance > Forum Maintenance

and clear the File Cache.

I generally recommend all files 644 and all folders 755, but this also depends on the server, and it's best to ask your host.
