Site name doesn't go to the forum

I searched but couldn't fine what I was looking for. I upgraded to SMF2.0 RC3. files all seem to be there but the domain name doesn't point to the right directories. please help. Where do I need to move what files or remain them in the FTP

You might try uploading and running repair_settings.php (What is repair_settings.php?) if something got hosed during the upgrade.  What version did you upgrade from and how did you accomplish the upgrade?
