RSS feed for only newly created topics

Is this possible?  To have an RSS feed for only new topics that are created?  I want to make a Facebook fan page for my site, but only feed brand new topics.  Our site is so active, this may be a problem, but I think there are time control / and amount of post settings in the feeder software I use. 

Anyhow, I tried using SMF's basic RSS features, and it basically just feeds every single post.   I just want newly created topics, and that's it. 

Doable?
