Website thumbnail not showing up

i have noticed that my SMF forums thumbnails are not appearing anywhare, not in facebook, not in other social networking sites. What can i do?

Is your site viewable by guests?


If not, it won't show.

The site is visible by guests. yet not showing....

Might be best to ask HotBot and Face book, then.

Well, it's not a problem with SMF.


As I said, ask the sites, themselves, or check your settings on your site's cpanel.

Which setting will i be looking for exactly? :-/

I'm no expert on such matters.


However, I'd look in the "Security" section, to make sure these things can actually see your site.


Do you have an .htaccess file that could be blocking them? Or, perhaps, a robots.txt file that's doing it?
