I'm new a few questions

Hello,

I have successfully installed locally SMF 2.x to construct a forum.  I am running iss 7.5.  Install went smooth as silk but when I launch locally it's launching with out the default theme.  Any help or info or link to's would sure be appreciated.

Not yet but I'll do it right now and get back.

Okay everything works but this is what I have.  No Theme layout.

Okay wait I am looking at my SQL database and my theme and images URL's (theme_url  images_url) are different then my theme_dir.  Maybe there is a file I can go into to change this? I'm not a pro with the SMF structure yet but you have to start sometime.

Negative.  Fully functional but no theme.
