in the   Forum History (using forum time offset) i have 80 member's and really i have 77 members so how to fix this gap problem becoz i make some user's for test then i delete it.
so how to fix this problem.

Admin - Maintenance - Forum Maintenance - Routine

Then run "Recount all forum totals and statistics"

Have you tried running Maintanence, or repair_settings.php, or this?
