Changeing the way Reply post ascend in a thread

I am currently having an issue getting my post reply that i make in a thread to show at top of list so that when i get day to day lookers at my thread to see the newest post as priority can someone please help on this matter

For just you
Profile > look & layout > Show most recent posts at the top

For all ,
Themes & layout > member options > Your theme > Change current options for all members using this theme > Show most recent posts at the top

and for new members ,
Themes & layout > member options > Your theme > Configure guest and new user options for this theme  > Show most recent posts at the top
