403 Forbidden Error (Bug?)

I tried to edit the News however when I clicked "Save" I got this error:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /forum/index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Anyone know why? Is this a bug?

Try going to Admin>Packages>File permissions and, where it says "Use predefined permission profile:", select "Standard".


Click "Make changes", wait a while, for the permissions to go through, then try again.
