Members Seeing Replies Above Topics

Hi guys,

I recently contacted a problem considering my forums. When I made a topic, and someone replied ( I am the admin of course ) , the reply went down the topic as normal, but he told me that replies go above the topic. I logged in with his account and saw that the replies really go above the topic. What shall I do to avoid that?
