How to get the buttons at the top?

Like here on Simple Machines...I like that.

So how do you get buttons at the top of the page (where the SM logo once was)?

Sorry but it doesn't work...

./Sources/Admin.php Test failed

I could try deinstalling a few other mods

That does not mean that the Mod doesn't work, simply that another Mod has prevented it from installing.
Please attach your /Sources/Admin.php file, as well as post a list of your Mods.

Other mods did install correctly but do not unistall correctly.

EDIT: Looks like the CHMOD was needed.
Other mods did not unistall when TinyPortal was installed so I've deinstalled it forever
