Menu behaving weird after upgrade

I upgraded from 1.1.11 to 2rc3 yesterday.

Everything seems to be working, but the menu's are behaving a bit strange. If you hover over a menu option, a new box opens under it with nothing in. I have tried different themes, but the same happens on all.

I ran a check. It says my language files are still for release 1.1.11. How do I fix this?
