It looks like that mod installed twice. Try the attached file. I've removed it from there.

But if that mod does show more errors. Revert back to the old file and try uninstalling the mod. Only once though.

Yeah, its a MOD being installed twice, I've fixed the problem by removing the extra codes.. Thanks!
