i need help with my forum ..

i have a forum named Blackhackers  which is hostted  on SMFNEW site
and i need some modification .. so i requested on here support forum for modification but the Admin said i can't modify any thing in ur forum only this forum Admin can do .
so please help me and tell me is there any way to modify my forum ...

I believe that SMFNEW doesn't allow modifications. I've tried using SMFNEW before, however I wasn't able to add mods.
