Help Please!

At the Top of it says News: SMF Just Installed.... is there any possible way of changing it? I've tried looking and finding how and nothing works it seems!

I tried following exactly what it said to do and on the newest SMF it doesn't work or even show it.

Is this issue resolved now? If not, what exactly are you trying to change? The random news? If SMF was installed properly, you should be able to modify the text  accordingly from the link provided.
