Icon size modification

I wich file (sources files), can I modify the size of members.gif icon of the board index.

Sorry I didn't find "BoardIndex.template.php".
I'm only found "BoardIndex.php". But no scr to "member.gif"

BoardIndex.template.php is in your theme directory. You looked in the Sources directory.
