Multiple_Forum Mods intallation error?

Hello guys

I successfully installed the SMF2 RC3.
Then after that i tried to install Multi_Forum Mods but unfortunately an error occured.
Below is the error,

Add After     ./Themes/default/ManageBoards.template.php     Test failed

Any idea what is causing this error?
