Package Manager Displaying Incorrect Path

Hello,

When install/uninstalling packages using SMF 2 RC 3, it shows the list of files being changed/uploaded/deleted, it displays the paths wrong.

It shows:

Execute Modification /home/support/public_html/Themes/default/BoardIndex.template.php

When we don't use /home/support, its /secondary/support/

Modifications do install correctly though, just a cosmetic issue (i think).

This can be shown via the "Film Permissions" tab, it shows

/secondary/support/public_html   Writable  (chmod: 0750

)

Strange, just to check, try running repair_settings.php.
What is repair_settings.php?
