Does anyone know a mod that makes the news change automatically like every 5-10 seconds it will change to the next news? Like a slideshow/flash player or any html codes that you guys know? Thanks!

No, a mod like that does not exist.

There's the news fader by default in SMF, though, but that's only for the boardindex.
