User notification with a reason on unapproval

Hello guys,

first I want to congratulate all of you on your great product.

Now to the point I'm no php coder and perhaps this is something really easy but when a person cannot comprehend that ...

Is there a way that when a moderator clicks on Remove button on a topic waiting for approval a popup window to appear asking for a reason and then this reason to be sent
to the user that has posted the topic/reply/... . The forum that I have to manage is a closed community and every single post will be moderated before being allowed/disallowed. Preferably on a personal message but if it cannot be done then via e-mail.

Something like that is possible, but might not that easy if you wish to add the moderator's comment.

This might be best as a mod request. If you wish I can move this to the Mod Requests board.
