Approving Posts before it is displayed

Please pardon me if this has been asked and answered before; I actually search but did not find it.

How do I customize a board settings such that an Administrator and /or a Moderator of this board need to approve postings before it is displayed for public. Can someone kindly provide me with a step by step guide of how I can achieve this.

You need to have the group permissions set this way for that group of users:



I, as the Admin, approve posts only.  No moderators have the approval to do this, nor do I want them to.
