now after some mine idiot thinks i have this error when i trying to install mod

An Error Has Occurred!

You cannot download or install new packages because the Packages directory or one of the files in it are not writable!

But all files are writable and i have make file named temp

packages give permissions  -------> file permissions at the bottom enter the FTP data

In bottom of your Install package page you have ftp data.Write your ftp data in that fields and your Cpanel password or your ftp password if you made one in hosting Cpanel, and click proceed.
In my case I write only hosting Cpanel pass.
