Both of those are wordpress sites. The forums are are wrapped by the  WordPress themes.

Because Wordpress and SMF links are not allowed per say because they have different licensees that don't go together.

They seem to be using masked URLs or some kind of rewrite, because their URL appears weird.

you are allowed to use them together, the only thing that is not allowed according to SMF licence is to distribute such mod
