Mass Email Limit Problems!!!

Okay, my site was on hiatus form November - June. I just put it  back up today.
Posted an announcement, then mass emailed everyone. Only 119 members.
Well, I got a Forbidden error, and it counted it as spam and made the director with permission 00.

I got them to fix it, but they said it was a mail script. I told them it wasn't, and that I just wouldn't send emails.
So they fixed it, but 5 minutes later it went down again.
I told them, they said to remove the script....
But I didn't send emails this time.

It went down again after they fixed it the second time, again, I didn't send emails, or even touch it. It won't stay up long enough for me to see what's happening, or change anything. And it keeps going down, despite not using the mail.

Is it sending stuff by its self?!! How do I fix this???

Making three posts in less than an hour wont help.
The problem is not with SMF system since other people can send mails.
It could be that you are on a small package which does not allow mass mailing.
Keep asking your host.

...That's not the problem. Well it was, but now it isn't.
They said they allow 70-80. I only have 119 members.
So if it keeps breaking AFTER they fix it, when I haven't even touched it, there's still script running somewhere?
How do I fix that? Where is the script??

You are in better position to know if any script is running anywhere.

70-80 emails per 15 minutes.
But if that's true 119 members...it would only take two times to send them all, not over and over. This keeps happening!
