Hi all am looking for a script dont know if its possible

a user goes to /submit.php

and enters name email age ect 15 fileds all in all
then i would like it to send it to a password protected page
/getinfo.php
and possible a delete feature [no to importact] can always clear it manual

so it neat and not cluttering up my email account

if this is possible i would be gratful if someone could help me with it

i have mysql if needed
