Restore Topic of Bin to Original Place

Someone know if exist a MOD to restore the topic of Recycling Topics to original board.
Ex: I delete the topic "Test" in the board "Name1", after go to board "Recycling Topics", and I click in "Restore Topic" and go back to board "Name1".
Exist a MOD who does this?

Yeah, just move the topic from the recycle bin to the appropriate board.

But exist a MOD that by clicking "restore" the topic goes to the original place?
Because not always the moderators, or the admins know the appropriate board.
