Repair?

when I try to go to forum this is writen:

Table './bethigh1_besteuro/smf_sessions' is marked as crashed and should be repaired

What should I do?

Repair the table. Here is a guide on that: http://paulstamatiou.com/how-to-quickie-repair-mysql-tables-in-phpmyadmin

Basically, going into the database via MySQL, selecting the table and clicking repair.
