smf 2 rc3 issue urgent required help please

hello sir to all i am running smf rc 3 version 2 which i installed fresh . no matter what i do the mods will not affect even after installation  i tried everything

i know mods should be compactible

i am trying to install chat mod for my site home page which is not going to work i

tried ajax shout box which refused to load and if i manually parse it the home gone

i dont know what to do

i dont know what to do . but i need the mod to be reflected in my sited what ever install which is compactible

i had the latest version but it will not work at all

i am dying to get it running and up in my site

What MOD's,
What language
Emptyed the cache ?

yes cache is empty

i cant see one single mod is reflecting in my site either at the admin or index page all are installing well and none works

Is this issue resolved now?

Do you get any errors in the forum error log? Have you tried to CHMOD all your folders to 755 or 777 to see if it helps?

You can also try to create a folder called temp in your Packages directory and CHMOD it to 777. Then try installing the mod again. If that works, download this mod. Read the instructions on how to use it.
