Announce topic help

hello i was wondering how to announce topic in the background its taking long time as the members are just 1500 i know but how to make it normal its taking too much time as i had to put another tab for the rest of the operations

What is taking to much time, for the email to be sent out? That is limited by your server, and possibly in Admin>Maintenance>Mail>Settings>Enable Mail Queue

Check out those settings to. Check with your server host first so you don't go over your limit and get your account suspended.
