Can't install any mods in package manager

Hello,
I've got the problems when trying to install any mods in package manager.
Its say's :


Not Acceptable

An appropriate representation of the requested resource /index.php could not be found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I try to delete all files and and folder in my cpanel.
Then i'm extract a fresh smf 2.0 RC3 in cpanel, delete install.php file and i fill in all dbname and dbuser and userpassword in 'settings.php and settings_bak.php.
I'm not delete the database, just delete the files and folder.
But i'm still can't install any mods in my forum.
Anyone can help me?
