setting max post size in SMF 2.0

I think my problem is my post is too big (it's 10K characters or so)
For the life of me I can't find where you configure post size and I have not found the
answer in my search of the forum.

If you know the answer I would appreciate the help.

Thanks! Right in front of my bloody face!

I can post with a small post but for some reason my 10K post is still bringing up and internal server error of some sort.  I can't read it because for some reason I immediately get redirected  by Orbit Downloader.  Guess I may have to uninstall it.
