There are no buttons in /Themes/default/languages/index.{language}.php

You where asking how to change the text, not how to change the button.
And alle button text can be find in this file. Maybe using a search option in this file ?

Adding a button for a new page can be done in /sources/subs.php, close to the bottom end of the file.

yes, i was asking for the text of the button, but as u can see on the attachment, in chinese version some button still are in english
for example: forum, media, staff
i want to change those into something else in other language, but when i search index.{languaga}.php, i can't find those words

In that case I think youre language files are not complete.

So, you can add the text strings yourself.

Compare the english and chinese files and look what is missing.

Are you using a portal? If so, you can probably find what to change in the portal languagefiles. For instance, for SimplePortal this would be /Themes/default/languages/SPortal.language.php.

...and worth mentioning, some mods come with their own language.  You could ask the mod authors to translate?

yes, im using simpleportal, but i can't find the buttons in there too, there is only one sportal.english.php

SimplePortal offers a number of languagepacks. See if you can find your language here:

If not, you could request a translation in their forums or volunteer to make a translation for your language
