theme images problems

ok, so i installed the adv. rep. mod, which didnt install the images to all my themes (although "install to other themes" was selected).

So i decided to add the images manually through ftp, which was fine...but for some reason, this happens..

look closely at the url.

1: why did that happen
2: can i fix it?
3: how?

EDIT: seems to only be that one theme, the rest all appear now

Sorry for getting to this late. You should try just reinstalling the mod. The mod for some odd reason might not just play nice with localhost.
