floating box

I'm after a floating box for RC3 i have a floating bar already  but cant seem to find  a mod or 3rd party site  that i can get  what im looking for  to try on my test site.

any help in pointing me to a 3rd party site or mod  would be great  thank you

 I did install that mod but it failed to work  so i installed it again and it working just fine ty.
