new.gif - non standard

Looking for a non-standard image for new.gif from theme/english/

I checked about 10 themes and they all used the same button that looks something like this:


I'm looking for basically anything else that doesn't look like that, prefferably in grey. Chances are that there is a theme that uses such image, but I simply don't have the time to download all the themes. Thank you.

P.S. Not sure if I posted in the right category, seems the closest by logic.

P.S. How did you Google for that? new.*.* ? or new.gif or google images?
