can't see all lang's in admin

i try to edit my lang's in admin:

i try to edit 'my lang-utf8'
some files i can but some i dont see in admin panel

i have:
smf: 2.0rc3
theme: core

Thats normal, under the core theme. The languages should be defaulting to the default templates.

i change the the files that start whith litle word to big & i see it in core...
