SMF 2.0 RC3 Issue

Sometimes when im exploring my forum, it goes like this

What is repair_settings.php? Try running that.

I have downloaded and used it.

Changed

Output Compression:  to       Off (recommended if you have problems)

And changed cookie to SMF11 (recommended)

All other options seemed to be fine

I'l inform you if i'l have issues later again

I get this occasionally too. It's usually just due to the internet connection playing up at odd times. The result is that only the basic html gets through. Usually a reload will sort it.

Also if your using a free host, sometimes the servers get over loaded from too many sites and it also causes slow sites.
