Custom Profile Fields -Select/Radial

Is there a way to have something other than the correct option show during registration on the select box or radial menu custom profile fields? Right now, it always chooses the correct option, so people don't have to change anything to select the correct answer.  I want to use this both to challenge a true registrant, as well as a simple bot deterrent.
