Remove information center

How to remove information center? I use a Startpage and can see the information there instead, how to remove the whole information center box in the forum?

Admin>Current Theme>Show statistics on board index: >Show latest member on board index: >Show group key on board index: > untick all 3 of those options.

I have already done that in all my themes but I still see online users and Private messages in the buttom :/

To remove it completely, in BoardIndex.template.php look for
