The only thing i don't like is the wood background, i would choose another wood background a little bit more... dark.

I'd personally remove the style width from the wrapper div to keep it liquid, as smaller res will need to scroll across to view the complete content.
The design itself looks ok.. nice and simple. Although Im not a fan on using the default winbg's on custom themes lol

Very cool.
The grey color in the header needs changing though, it's hard to read.

This theme is now waiting for approval. I have removed some things from it, such as nice breadcrumbs, as I didn't have time to fix all the problems with css. This might be included later.

It's my first submitted theme, I hope you will all like it
