Okay, so I know its been done, but how do I make it so forum members cannot post anything until reading a certain section first? For example: The Forum Rules

However it needs to be updated for RC3. You will need to ask the mod author if they are willing to update it. That is the only mod though that I'm aware does the feature you are requesting.
