Modified Enterprise Theme won't load.

I know there has to be something somewhere on this site about my problem, but for the life of me I can't find it.

I downloaded Blocs Enterprise Final theme.  When I loaded it and switched my forums theme to that, I noticed I couldn't see links on the left side of my forum, the ones that are in the Admin pages under Main, Configuration...  I tried modifying the theme style.css file.  There were 2 colors at the very top of the file.  See below the lines in question.

I had changed these to different hex values so that I could now see the links.  When I did a preview it looked great.  But now when I go to switch to that theme it won't load, it just stays as the Standard - Core theme.

Can someone point me in the right direction or help me out here?

Did you do the "Reset everyone to this theme" (or whatever it says) when you changed the theme?

Yes, I did to no avail.

Try changing it via your own profile.

I switched my profiles theme and got it to work, but I don't know if anyone else can see the new theme or are still on the Standard - Core. 

I also noticed on the Enterprise theme, there are no links at the top of the page that are used to get places.

i.e. Home, Help, Chat, Search, Admin...

I can't seem to locate them anywhere on the home page.  Is there a trick to this or is it a bug?

Can you post a link to your site (with that theme set as default)?

Because this is the SMF2 support forum I suppose you are using SMF2

The Enterprise Theme from Block is only suitable for SMF1.1.x, and as a mather of fact, only with the very very old versions of SMF1.1

So I think you'll have to go for a Theme that's compatible with SMF2, and when usig SMF2RC3 especialy compatible with That SMF version.
