SMF 1.1.11 Modification Help

I need your help with this modification.



It is blocking the topic for specific option that you choose

1. You write a post
2. You chosing the Hide Option

And the topic is automaticly blocked for specific group

Can you please tell me how to do that for specific:

- Post Number
- User Group
- Reputation (Pluses/Minuses/Beers etc...)
