Moving Doesn't Seem To Work

I seriously don't know what's wrong:

Okay, the site used to be in the domain iduke.info but since I am using the domain for something else, I moved my files to techsources directory and ran repair_settings.php, I corrected the paths with what was recommended but now I am facing this problem.

I cleared the forum cache too but it still doesn't seem to work. If you click on, 'register' or 'forum' you are still in the portal page even though it shows that it has loaded.

Any ideas? I've never faced this problem before. The sitemap seems to work though

Also, I can't sign in....
