new host

okay so I already have a free forum Powered by SMF 2.0 RC3. I was wondering if I get a paid host and set a forum up on it if I would be able to get a admin or mod or something to transfer over all of my member's account's and forums and stuff like that.

If you're on a free host now, you'd probably need to pay to get a backup of your files and database. If you didn't install any mods, the database would be sufficient to start over.
